Hospital visiting hours policy. Upon entering the hospital facility, all visitors must: Please see page two of this document for separate visitation guidelines for specific departments/circumstances. Visitors are encouraged to visit during the hospital visitation hours of 9 a.m.

Your call will immediately be transferred to the patient’s room. One visitor per day may visit for a maximum of 30 minutes. Our visting hours are from 12pm to 2pm, and 5pm to 8pm.

All visitors must be 18 years of age or older. Please note that for our patients’ safety, we have modified our visiting hours and procedures. Visitors may remain with the patient at the discretion of the care team, based on the patient’s condition.

Due to the critical nature of certain units (i.e., intensive care units, recovery rooms, emergency departments, etc.) visiting hours may be more restrictive. Patient safety is our highest priority and we have implemented the known, necessary preventive measures. If you’re not sure of a room number, you can call patient information at.

Please note that patients have the right to limit access to information and status. You will find here most of the information you need to make your visit as seamless as possible. Same day procedures/same day surgery:

One parent or guardian is permitted to stay with the minor. Visiting guidelines for the safety and comfort of our patients, we greatly appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation in following these guidelines: Visitors should wear face coverings as they walk from their car to the hospital main lobby, and should wear their masks at all times when visiting.

Visitors must be age 12 or older. Must bring a facemask to wear at all times while in the hospital regardless of vaccination status. Parent/guardian must adhere to mask wearing policy.

Adult inpatient acute care units: We’ve made it easier than ever to connect with your loved one while he or she is a patient at genesis. In all patient care areas except the critical care center, visiting hours begin at 8 a.m.

Icu and cvu visiting hours are 8 a.m. All visitors will be asked to show id and screened upon entering hospital. Visitors are permitted to stay for the entirety of the noon to 8 p.m.
